I clicked on the Help button and then performed the Printhead problem steps but did not solve the problem. When starting HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.7.3 on my Wiondows10圆4 Home DELL desktop pc, I am shown an error message that says: " Missing or Failed Printhead The printer appears to be missing, not detected, incorrectly installed, or incompatible." I have always used geniune HP ink cartridges. Upon turning on the HP8600, it stopped and now displays an error message that says something like: " there is a problem with the printer or ink system." I turned the printer off and then back on several times. I have a problem with HP8600 all-in-one printer CN750A, N911g, which I believe was purchased in 2014. Business PCs, Workstations and Point of Sale Systems.
